TES have recently been awarded its first contract for Mayo County Council.  The project which is based at Kilkelly Public Water Supply will include the supply, installation and commissioning of new raw water pumps, UV disinfection system and chlorination system inside the existing pump house.   Works also include the supply, installation and commissioning of two booster pump stations on the Shammer Water Supply Network, along with all associated telemetry and electrical works.

TES have extensive experience in carrying out refurbishment works at water and wastewater treatment facilities for Local Authorities throughout Ireland.  It is intended that the project will commence in February 2010 and will be completed within a 12 week schedule.

The contract which was tendered in April 2009 was awarded at the end of the year.  Noel McCracken, TES Director commented “we have an excellent track record in M&E upgrade works and we are delighted to be working with Mayo County Council, and Ryan Hanley, Consulting Engineers, in the refurbishment of Kilkelly PWS”.
